What we do
Four kinds of work, all of it in the public record
A search reports what has been recorded. It is not a title insurance policy and it is not a legal opinion on who owns the property today — that is a conclusion for an attorney licensed in the state where the land sits.
Title Search
Ownership, mortgages, liens, judgments and encumbrances of record, pulled from the county where the property sits.
Records Research
Targeted research in county, state and federal records when the question is narrower than a full title search.
Document Retrieval
Copies of recorded instruments — deeds, mortgages, releases, plats — retrieved from the recording office.
Abstracts & Affidavits
