Thirty years of searches
Since 1995, AFX Title Search has performed over 500,000 searches for clients such as attorneys, lenders, title underwriters and investment corporations. We also work directly for individuals and investors.
We have been featured in Forbes Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and many real estate industry publications. Government agencies including the SEC, the US Postal Service and the SBAhave consulted with us on title search projects.
Our title abstracts and affidavits have been admitted as evidence in multiple jurisdictions, at the state, county and federal level.
The work is done by abstractors who search the same counties repeatedly. That is the reason the network is split across separate specialty and state sitesrather than run as one general storefront — recording and indexing practice is local, and so is the expertise.
